DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Miss Lena is a professional dancer from Belarus, with more than 20 years of stage dance experience (performing in Belarus and Germany) and 20+ years of instructional dance experience in pre ballet, folk, and character dance. She is a brilliant choreographer of individual and group dances. She focuses in great detail on expression thru music and movement in deferent dance styles. Miss Lena teaches the girls to communicate thru their movement and rhythm to improve their expression on the gym carpet.

My daughter started with RhythMix when she was 4 years old. After attending for 5 years, she wasn’t interested in competing but still wanted to go to practices for flexibility and overall fitness. Valery has been amazing and offered us a class that allowed my daughter to continue attending for additional 2 years. Even though my daughter was not on the team she was very happy to keep going. I highly recommend RhythMix gymnastics for their dedication, teachers, facility and flexibility with class makeups. We were very happy to be part of the RhythMix family for 7 years.
