Recreational Rhythmic Gymnastics

Our Recreational Rhythmic Gymnastics Program is Fun For Everyone! It is appropriate for girls 3 to 4 years of age, and for older athletes who enjoy a non-competitive environment. All students participate in Annual RhythMix Show and Open classes for Parents. This program is a great start to a rhythimc gymnastics career!

Competitive Program

Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics

The RhythMix Rhythmic Gymnastics Team participates at all Local, Invitationals, State, Regional, National and International events. Rhythmic gymnasts are select to the Team through coach recommendation. Positive attitude and family support are the keys to achievement in this Olympic Sport!
