This program is open to all girls from age 3 and up and is a great introduction to rhythmic gymnastics! All students participate in our annual RhythMix Shows and open classes. Classes are geared towards establishing the love for this sport!

RhythMix Team is by coach recommendation only and requires flexibility, grace and

commitment to compete at local and travel meets. Coach, student and family work

together to achieve the best results for each gymnast throughout her competitive
